A three-façade house on a corner plot, with a buffer of endemic vegetation that creates a transition between the road and the house, creating a fresh and private environment in the garden.

The access route takes us from the parking lot to the living room with a marble walkway covered with a cumaru wood ceiling, always with a visual finish of rustic stone from the region.

The cross-ventilated living room enjoys a view through a cumaru deck, the pool and a garden that ends with leafy tzalam trees.

In general, each space enjoys cross ventilation, and the western façade, in addition to being blind, has a covering of natural rustic stone that provides a texture of shadows and lights on a blind plane. A set of light roofs protects and dresses the terraces, with elements of steel and cumaru wood we find again a play of shadows that bathes the facades of the house.

The marble pool plays an important role as the centre between the garden and the terrace, the visual finishing touch to the room and part of the bar. The surroundings and the conservation of the existing surrounding vegetation create a buffer between the road and the garden.
