Casa Kaybé is an experience.

 

Located within a private residential community in Tulum, Quintana Roo, next to the Jaguar Nature Reserve, this green home with linear volumes represents a return to maximalism—an approach Estudio AM hadn’t explored in some time. The balance between architecture, interior design, and the natural environment creates a space immersed in a fully jungle-like atmosphere.

 

The house was conceived as a vacation rental property, with a layout that allows each room or level to be used independently, without losing the integration of the whole. It features four bedrooms, each with a kitchenette, walk-in closet, and full bathroom, offering guests both comfort and privacy.

 

On the ground floor, a garden with native vegetation and carefully designed visual focal points extends the interior design into the outdoors, blurring the boundaries between inside and outside.

 

The rooftop is the cherry on top: a beautiful pool with direct views of the Jaguar Reserve, crowning this immersive nature experience.
