Casa Golondrinas 50
Location: Lagos del Sol, Cancún. Q. Roo.
Land: 400m2 | 4,305 sqft
Construction: 385 m2 | 4,144 sqft
Casa Golondrinas 50 is a project designed as a response to the Cancun real estate market, where the function is adapted to young families or older people.
The ground floor has a multi-purpose room, which can be used as a study, guest room or bedroom with a window overlooking a vestibule garden with a compacted material wall.
The semi-private kitchen coexists with a large living room that has direct access to the terrace and the pool.
The terrace is a space of vast vegetation, which houses a linear pool of polished white cement, with entrances surrounded by plants, this being a visual finish from the kitchen to the living room and dining room.
The materials used, such as marble, chukum, and tzalam and cumaru wood, are reminiscent of most of our projects, with warm tones and neutral textures, where the end user will be the protagonist who prints color on the architecture hoping to achieve a timeless design.
