Construction: 412 m2 | 4,434 sqft

The Venados 22 house is a sober example of contrasts between blind canvases and rugged textures, where the contrast can be seen on the exterior of its facades with blind chukum walls against walls of local stone, carved and placed by hand. There are also accents of exposed concrete in structural elements and marialuisas that frame the windows, thus generating pictures with a vegetal background.

The terrace and the garden revolve around a wooden deck over the black marble pool, inviting users to rest and relax with a waterfall that provides peace with the sound of the water.

The interior of the house includes an architectural program for a family of four, with a guest room on the ground floor, and three bedrooms, a TV room and a play area on the upper floor. The marble floors and wainscoting, and white walls help the tzalam wood elements stand out with their warmth and natural tone. This architecture of straight lines and simple materials is a combination of function and design.
